I am a wife to my husband, TJ, for 26 years and a mom to two girls, ages 20 & 16. I'm active in women's ministry and music ministry at the church where we have attended for 16 years. I was privileged to coordinate and teach a ministry for moms, called Moms of Faith, for 10 years from 2016-2026. This ministry focuses on a Bible-based, counter-cultural approach to parenting. I have been part of Real Faith Ministries since 2018 and have been privileged to travel to women's conferences in and around Indiana, sharing my story and my lifelong battle with anxiety and panic. I love to share my story and my struggles to bring help and hope to other women!
My vision is to create online content for women that is rooted in God's Word and His promises. We’re going to tackle it all. Motherhood, friendship, being a wife, being a daughter, anxiety, fear of the future, and we’re going to have plenty of light-hearted topics woven in because—I don’t know about you—but I could use a little less ‘heavy’ and a whole lot more joy and laughter.
The content shared through Daughter, Take Heart is intended for encouragement, inspiration, and personal reflection from a biblical perspective.
I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, medical professional, or mental health provider. The content on this website, social media platforms, emails, and related materials is not professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice and is not a substitute for seeking care from a qualified professional.
Daughter, Take Heart is also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any specific church, denomination, or religious organization. The views and content shared reflect my personal understanding of Scripture and Christian faith.
While I strive to provide biblically grounded encouragement, I encourage readers to study Scripture for themselves, seek wise counsel, and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
